Terms of Service

1. Services Provided
SolutionDG LLC ("we," "us," "our") builds and maintains SEO-optimized websites and business management platforms for service-based businesses ("Client," "you"). Our services include custom website design and development, search engine optimization, content management systems, CRM, booking, invoicing, expense tracking, and ongoing hosting and maintenance — as specified by the plan selected at the time of purchase.
2. Plans & Pricing
We offer three service tiers. Each includes a one-time setup fee and a recurring monthly retainer:

Setup fees are due in full before work begins. Monthly retainers are billed on the same date each month via the payment method on file (Stripe). Prices are subject to change with 30 days written notice.
3. Minimum Commitment
All plans require a minimum 3-month commitment from the date your site goes live. This ensures adequate time for Google to index your pages, for SEO results to materialize, and for the platform to demonstrate value. During the minimum commitment period, the monthly retainer is non-cancellable.
4. Cancellation Policy
After the 3-month minimum:
- Cancel anytime with 30 days written notice via email to support@solutiondg.com.
- Service continues through the end of the current paid billing period.
- No partial-month refunds.
What happens when you cancel:
- Your website goes offline at the end of the billing period.
- You retain ownership of your domain name — we will release DNS access.
- Your business data (leads, customers, invoices) is preserved for 90 days in case you choose to reactivate.
- After 90 days, all data is permanently deleted.
- The website source code, platform software, and admin dashboard are proprietary to SolutionDG and are not transferable.
Early cancellation (within 3-month minimum):
- Remaining monthly payments for the commitment period are due immediately.
- Example: Cancel after 1 month on Growth = 2 remaining months × $199 = $398 due.
5. Maintenance-Only Option
If you no longer need active marketing support but want to keep your website live and running, we offer a Maintenance Plan at $99/month. This includes:
- Website hosting, SSL, and security updates
- Uptime monitoring and daily backups
- Admin dashboard access (manage your own content)
- Email support (48-hour response time)
The Maintenance Plan does not include: SEO optimization, content updates, CRM/automation features, blog generation, monthly reporting, or dedicated support. You may upgrade back to any full plan at any time without a new setup fee.
6. Setup Fee
The one-time setup fee covers the design, development, configuration, and deployment of your website and platform. Setup fees are non-refundable once work has begun (defined as the completion of the discovery call). If you cancel before the site goes live, the setup fee is retained to cover work already performed.
7. Payment Terms
- Setup fee is due before work begins.
- Monthly retainer is charged automatically via Stripe on the billing date.
- If a payment fails, we will retry up to 3 times over 7 days.
- After 7 days of failed payment, your site may be paused until payment is resolved.
- Accounts with payments past due for 30+ days may be terminated.
8. Intellectual Property
You own: Your business name, logo, brand assets, content you provide (text, photos, videos), your domain name, and your customer/business data.
We own: The website source code, platform software, admin dashboard, CRM system, templates, and all proprietary technology. These are licensed to you for the duration of your subscription — not sold or transferred.
Upon cancellation, you may export your business data (leads, customers, invoices, expenses) in CSV format. The website design, code, and platform are not transferable.
9. Service Level
- We target 99.9% website uptime (hosted on Vercel's global CDN).
- Support requests are responded to within 24 hours (business days).
- Enterprise clients receive priority support and a dedicated account manager.
- We do not guarantee specific Google rankings, traffic volumes, or lead counts — SEO results depend on many factors including competition, market size, and content quality.
10. Limitation of Liability
SolutionDG LLC's total liability for any claim arising from these services shall not exceed the total amount paid by the Client in the 3 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for lost revenue, lost data (beyond our backup obligations), or indirect/consequential damages.
11. Modifications
We may update these terms with 30 days written notice. Continued use of the service after the notice period constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. Material changes to pricing will not affect your current billing period.
